- Place the Roller Ice (#RI) in the freezer or in hot water and experience the benefits of cold or hot trigger point massage. Holds temperature with a frozen or heated liquid reservoir and then transfers this temperature to the stainless steel massage ball. Stays cold for up to one hour! The stainless steel massage ball rolls freely in all directions, providing effective deep muscle massage. The stainless steel roller ball provides a great feel for the therapist in locating trigger points.
- Optional: If you purchased the Roller Ice Cover, put it on after taking the Roller Ice Ball out of the heated or chilled reservoir.
